One Big Service
On Sunday, September 13, 2009 our church is combining all three of our services for a special one time only event. The service will be from 9:30-11:00am and full children's ministry activities will be available. We are using the temporary space at our location to host the large crowd. Mark your calendars now for this historic day. More details to come.
Newcomers Lunch
Join us September 20th at 12:15pm for our Newcomers Lunch. This is a great opportunity to ask the staff any questions you might have. This is also a great place to meet others who are new to Southlink.

Community Groups
What is a Community Group?
It’s a home fellowship made up of 10-16 people who meet weekly to talk, study the Bible and support one another. A trained leader and host lead each group. An average meeting lasts for an hour and a half, with some light refreshments. You can sign up online or during Sunday services at the Connections Table.

Men’s Prayer Group Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00am
Want to roll up your sleeves, “get in on the action”, and take on a critical assignment for yourself, your family and God’s Church? If you’re a man and believe that God cares enough to respond to those who seek him, come join us and see God in action. It will be a time for mutual encouragement, sharing in each others blessings, burdens, and approaching God together with bold petition and thanksgiving. All are welcome, from the timid spectator to the lion slayer.

Father/Son Ministry starting August 29th
How do we as fathers of sons help raise boys into godly men? What does God have to say about it? Come explore and celebrate true manhood with your son at our new father/son group where we will strive to teach our sons what it means to be a man of God while building real relationships together. This group will create positive father/son interactions throughout the year based on teaching of “Raising a Modern Day Night”, by Robert Lewis. Come join us for the first meeting and father/son hike on Saturday,
August 29th at 9:00am.

All Middle School guys and girls are invited to our Summer Stretch Party on September 11th from 6:30‐9:30pm at the Conley’s house. We will have tons of food, music, outrageous games and opportunities to make new friends.
