Southlink Groups Ministry

Small Groups are an integral part of what we do as a church. We believe that sustained life-change occurs as we are growing in a relationship with Christ, and that this happens best when we are prioritizing intentional relationships with others who are seeking this same goal. Small Groups provide people with the opportunity to connect with others, grow in their relationship with Christ, and experience community.

Southlink Groups will typically consist of around 10 - 15 people who meet together to do the following:

• Build meaningful friendships
• Study the Bible and other resources
• Pray for one another
• Mutually challenge one another in their priorities and relationships

Every group is unique based on the leader, its members and the environment in which they meet. Most groups are interest-based, book-based, or sermon study based.

Community Groups are generally 'open' groups that commit to meet together on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis during the Fall Semester (Mid Sept. - Mid Dec.) and Spring Semester (Mid Jan. - Mid May). Selected Men's Groups, Women's Groups and Financial Peace University Groups are tailored to a specific study and are scheduled throughout the year.
